SEN Nanny/Manny in Earlsfield, SW18. A rewarding long-term opportunity supporting two bright, engaging siblings, 11 and 8, with ADHD, Autism and PDA, helping them to thrive at home, school and in everyday life. Up to £24.00 gross per hour. Key Information • Job Title: SEN Nanny/Manny • Pay: Up to £24.00 gross per hour | Up to £53,040.00 gross per annum • Location: Earlsfield, SW18 • Hours and Days of Work: Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 11:30 AM to 06:00 PM. Tuesday and Thursday: 07:30 AM to 07:00 PM • Essential Experience: Professional childcare experience, experience supporting older children, and neurodivergent children, including children with ADHD and autism. Genuine dog lover, full UK driving license. • Desirable: Knowledge of executive functioning, emotional regulation, Pathological Demand Avoidance approaches, and educational support and home learning strategies. • Driver Required: Yes, for occasional travel to the family’s countryside home (not required for daily duties). • Family Pets: Friendly Spaniel • Accommodation: Separate accommodation for countryside stays. • Recruiter: Jade Bariesheff Anna, 11, and Toby, 8, are bright, creative siblings. Anna has ADHD and is awaiting an autism assessment. Toby is autistic, has ADHD, a Pathological Demand Avoidance profile and sensory processing differences. This long-term SEN Nanny/Manny role suits someone calm, playful and experienced in supporting neurodivergent children, who enjoys gaming, creativity, dogs and building trusting relationships.
