About the Role As a Cover SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide high-quality classroom support on an ad hoc basis, covering staff absence and additional staffing needs. You'll work alongside experienced teachers and school staff to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and learning differences.
