A reputable SEN secondary school in Gillingham, Kent, are seeking an experienced, full time SEN Teacher to join their KS3 classroom.

What we are looking for Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEN Strong classroom management and communication skills, with the confidence to manage challenging behaviour effectively, whilst maintaining positive relationships with students Compassionate, calm, and resilient, with a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners and helping them achieve positive outcomes Support pupils with SEN needs, behavioural challenges and additional learning difficulties.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and deliver engaging, creative lessons, adapted to different learning styles and capabilities of students.
Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils who may have faced previous barriers to learning Track progress, set personalised targets, and celebrate every success
- no matter how big or small Committed to safeguarding and pupil well-being A genuine passion for SEN education and making a positive difference.
