This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience working across a wide range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools , supporting children and young people with diverse learning needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges, and physical disabilities. Full training and ongoing professional development will be provided. Responsibilities Support pupils with a range of additional needs in their learning and personal development. Work alongside teachers and experienced support staff to create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. Encourage independence and help pupils build confidence and life skills. Requirements A passion for working with children and young people. A patient, caring, and flexible approach. Commitment to learning and professional development.
