We are currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to work full-time in welcoming and supportive schools across Birmingham. The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional needs
Support students with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language difficulties, and learning disabilities
Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and interventions
Help manage classroom behaviour and promote positive learning outcomes
Support pupils with personal development, communication, and social skills
Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
