The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work with pupils with a diverse range of additional needs, potentially including Autism, ADHD, MLD, SLD, speech and communication difficulties, and SEMH needs. You will provide 1:1, small-group, and classroom support, adapting your approach to the individual strengths and needs of each pupil.
