The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work with pupils with a diverse range of additional needs, potentially including Autism, ADHD, MLD, SLD, speech and communication difficulties, and SEMH needs. You will provide 1:1, small-group, and classroom support, adapting your approach to the individual strengths and needs of each pupil. Working closely with teachers and specialist support staff, you will use EHCPs to guide your practice, deliver targeted interventions, and help identify and remove barriers to learning.
