We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic
SEN Teaching Assistant
to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in
Gravesend, Kent
on a
full-time, long-term basis . Working Hours: Monday to Friday,
8:30am - 3:30pm This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children with
ADHD
and
Autism
to achieve their full potential within a mainstream school setting. The Role: Provide tailored support for pupils with additional needs, particularly those with ADHD and Autism.
Work with both
small intervention groups
and
larger classroom groups .
Support pupils across
Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 .
Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to implement individual support strategies.
Promote an inclusive, positive, and engaging learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Experience supporting children with SEN, particularly ADHD and Autism.
A patient, caring, and adaptable approach.
Confidence working across KS1 and KS2.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A commitment to helping every child thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
