Your Teaching is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join welcoming and supportive schools in East London (E13). We are looking for candidates with previous experience supporting children within a UK school environment. Experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, and speech and language needs, is highly desirable. Schools are recruiting for both
immediate starts
and
September 2026
positions. Suitable candidates can be invited for trial days and interviews as soon as possible. About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils on a 1:1 basis, in small groups, and within the classroom. Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons. Support pupils with SEN, adapting learning where required. Help promote positive behaviour and engagement throughout the school day. Deliver targeted literacy, numeracy, and intervention sessions. Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents. Contribute to a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment. Requirements
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant in a UK school. Experience supporting pupils with SEN is highly desirable. Strong behaviour management and communication skills. A patient, positive, and proactive approach. Right to work in the UK. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one). Available to work full-time (MondayFriday). What We Offer
