We are working with one of London's most celebrated specialist schools an outstanding independent day school in Wimbledon supporting pupils aged 518 with speech, language and communication difficulties.

What You'll Be Doing Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with speech, language and communication needs Working alongside Speech and Language Therapists to reinforce therapy goals in the classroom Supporting pupils to build confidence, independence and functional communication skills Helping create a nurturing, person-centred environment where every pupil feels valued Supporting pupils across a wide age range from primary through to sixth form What We're Looking For Experience supporting children or young people with SEND or communication needs A warm, patient and holistic approach this school values the whole child Genuine belief that every young person can grow and thrive with the right support A collaborative team player who models kindness and positivity every day Knowledge of AAC, Makaton or Zones of Regulation is a bonus but not essential Why Horizon Teachers We are currently having our busiest year & placing more teachers & support staff than ever before.
