You'll be joining a school where self-esteem and confidence sit at the heart of everything, and where your support will help young people find their voice, build resilience and take pride in who they are. What You'll Be Doing Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with speech, language and communication needs Working alongside Speech and Language Therapists to reinforce therapy goals in the classroom Supporting pupils to build confidence, independence and functional communication skills Helping create a nurturing, person-centred environment where every pupil feels valued Supporting pupils across a wide age range from primary through to sixth form What We're Looking For Experience supporting children or young people with SEND or communication needs A warm, patient and holistic approach
