The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs. Support class teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons. Encourage pupils' academic, social and emotional development. Help create a safe, positive and nurturing classroom environment.
