SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) Redditch September Start Hays Education is working with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Redditch to recruit an experienced SENCO to join their team from September.This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate SEND professional to take a leading role in shaping provision for students with additional needs, ensuring all pupils receive the support and opportunities required to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with senior leaders, teaching staff, parents and external agencies to coordinate and develop SEND provision across the school. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting inclusion, raising achievement and supporting the wider school community. Lead and manage SEND provision across the school. Coordinate EHCPs, annual reviews and intervention programmes. Monitor the progress and attainment of SEND pupils. Work collaboratively with teachers to support high-quality inclusive teaching. Provide guidance and support to teaching and support staff. Contribute to whole-school improvement and inclusion strategies.Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Previous experience as a SENCO or in a SEND leadership role. Well-established SEND provision with a commitment to inclusion.
