September , with pay depending on experience. Work within a collaborative leadership team committed to inclusive education and staff development. 10% receiving SEN Support

1.6% with an EHCP , reflecting a genuinely inclusive setting. Pupils achieve strong academic outcomes, with performance consistently comparing favourably against local and national measures in Early Years, Phonics and Key Stage 1. As
SENCo , you will lead SEND strategy, oversee provision, monitor pupil progress, coordinate interventions and ensure statutory compliance. The
SENCo
will work closely with teachers, parents, governors and external professionals to secure the best outcomes for every learner. The successful
SENCo
will hold the National Award for SEN Coordination (or be willing to complete it if applicable), have excellent knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and demonstrate outstanding leadership and communication skills. Previous experience supporting pupils with a range of additional needs and leading inclusive practice is essential. This
