SEND Teaching Assistant (KS2) - Islington, North London £100-£105 per day (PAYE) - depending on exprience | Long-Term Opportunity SANZA Teaching Agency is proud to be working with a welcoming and inclusive two form entry primary school in Islington, who are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team. The Role: Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Full-time, up to 5 days per week Hours: 08:30am - 4:00pm Daily Rate: £100-£105 PAYE (dependent on experience, and expected pay uplift after 12 weeks in the placement) Duration: Ongoing until July 2027, with potential to continue into the next academic yearYou will be supporting pupils in KS2 (Years 3-6), working both 1:1 and in small groups, helping to deliver targeted interventions and ensuring all children can access learning in a positive and inclusive environment. About You: Experienced Teaching Assistant with strong classroom knowledge Confident supporting children with SEND on a 1:1 and small group basis Skilled in delivering interventions to support academic progress Comfortable working across KS2 (Years 3-6) Proactive, adaptable, and able to respond to the needs of the classroom Passionate about supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeingAbout the School: This Islington primary school is known for its nurturing and inclusive ethos.
