SEND Tutor

SEND Tutor - Liverpool Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting for a SEND Tutor to support children and young people across Liverpool! The Opportunity We are looking for experienced and passionate tutors, teachers and mentors to provide tailored 1:1 educational support to learners with a range of additional needs. The successful candidate will work closely with individual learners, adapting sessions around their needs, interests and abilities. The role is ideal for someone who is patient, creative and passionate about helping young people make positive progress. Position Details: Location: Liverpool Position: SEND Tutor Hours: 5-15 hours per week Start Date: September 2026 Duration: Ongoing Experience, Training and Qualifications: Previous experience working with children or young people with SEND Experience delivering teaching, tutoring or mentoring QTS or equivalent qualification desirable Experience supporting SEMH, Autism, ADHD or other additional needs Excellent communication and relationship-building skills To be eligible for this role, you must: Hold the Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced DBS certificate registered with the Update Service or be willing to process a new application Provide two professional child-related references Apply Now If you are passionate about supporting young people and helping them overcome barriers to education, we would love to hear from you!
