About the RoleWe are seeking an Accountant with proven general practice experience to join our team. Based primarily at our Wynyard office, you will also attend our Redcar office twice a week, providing vital accounting support across both locations. Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Preparation of year-end accounts for a diverse client portfolio

Preparation and review of VAT returns, management accounts, and tax computations

Assisting clients with queries, providing clear and practical advice

Supporting the wider finance team with compliance and reporting requirements

Contributing to process improvements and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial matters

Building and maintaining positive working relationships with clients and colleagues across both offices

Requirements:

• 
  
• Newly ACCA qualified, recently qualified, or fully qualified (ACA/ACCA), or qualified by experience

Solid background working within a general practice accountancy environment (essential)

Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations

Excellent communication and client management skills xwzovoh

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work between Wynyard and Redcar offices as required
