Zest4Talent is recruiting an experienced Acoustic Consultant for a successful, well-established specialist consultancy working on some of the UK’s most prestigious and technically complex developments.


This is an opportunity to use your expertise throughout the full project lifecycle—from planning and feasibility through to detailed design, construction, testing and handover.


You could be working on landmark residential towers, mixed-use developments, luxury hotels, commercial buildings, education, healthcare and major infrastructure projects.


Your work will include:

Detailed building-acoustics design

Façade and internal sound-insulation assessments

Mechanical plant and building-services noise control

Technical reports and practical design solutions

Client and design-team meetings

Managing projects from instruction to completion

Supporting and mentoring developing consultants


The first month will be based primarily in the Bedford office, allowing you to build relationships with the team and understand the company’s projects and approach. Following onboarding, greater flexibility will be available, and experienced consultants based further afield may be considered.


Salary up to £50k dependent on experience
