Senior Administrator / Office Manager

Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm Red Rock Consultants are recruiting on behalf of an established and growing business based in North Aston who, due to continued growth, are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their team. BENEFITS 26 days annual leave from day one, plus bank holidays

You will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative coordination of the department, acting as a central point of contact across administration, financial reporting, project support, quality control and client service. This is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, working across multiple areas of a business and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. DUTIES Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department. Maintain all financial reporting systems. Prepare documents to company quality standards and carry out quality control checks to ensure accuracy and consistency. Oversee new leads, ensuring a warm, professional and efficient client experience. Identify opportunities to introduce clients to the wider services offered by the business. Support project management through effective use of project support systems. Assist consultants with duties relating to their professional industry bodies. Provide administrative support across the wider professional services division during periods of colleague leave or increased workload. Maintain accurate records and ensure departmental administration is completed efficiently and to a high standard. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will have a high level of mathematical and written English ability, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. You will have a strong work ethic, be hardworking and reliable, and be confident working independently.
