Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer – Hybrid Role

Blackpool Council is seeking a proactive solicitor to join the Adult Social Care Legal Team on a permanent basis. You will provide legal services to the Council and external clients in respect of Adult Social Care Law, advising on complex issues and representing in Court of Protection proceedings where needed.

You will work with officers and senior managers, handle case law and policy updates, and contribute to drafting and negotiating essential legal documentation.
