About the Role:

• Sellick Partnership is looking for a Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer to join a large local authority team on a remote working basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join our well-respected and competent team.

Key Responsibilities of a Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer include:

• 
  
• Supervising 2 solicitors and 3 paralegals

Managing a caseload of a range of ASC matters

To advise on sensitive ASC matters

Deprivation of Liberty (DOLs)

Court of Protection (COP)

Desirable Skills and Requirements of a Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer:

• 
  
• Previous experience working in Adult Social Care

Previous management/supervisory experience is desired

Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
