Senior Air-Conditioning Engineer - European Pre-Sales Support (VRF/VRV)
- west London, UK (with option of hybrid working) A new vacancy for a Senior Air-Conditioning Engineer - European Pre-Sales Support (VRF/VRV) with European division of leading global manufacturer of high-efficiency heating & cooling products. Based at the company's offices in the west London / Middlesex area, the Senior Air-Conditioning Engineer - European Pre-Sales Support (VRF/VRV) will be responsible for providing technical support to its distributors, consultants and end users in the UK and Europe. Candidates should have an engineering qualification in a relevant technical discipline (such as HVAC/R, Mechanical Engineering, etc), with at least 5yrs experience working with VRF/VRV products in a role that has involved supporting customers and/or distributors. Key requirements: Relevant Engineering qualification (such as HVAC/R, Mechanical Engineering, etc) Technical experience with VRF/VRV air-conditioning products/systems (5yrs+) Experience using Product Selection Software and Product Pricing/Sales Tools Fluent English, both oral and written Strong communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Multi-tasking Knowledge of other European language(s) would also be an advantage Business trips to Europe will be required occasionally
