Senior Architectural Technologist Salary £50,000 - £65,000 Location Farringdon, London Job Type Permanent Overview of the Role A Senior Architectural Technologist job in Farringdon, London, focused on advanced technical design and project delivery. You will lead complex architectural packages from concept through construction, coordinating consultants, contractors and clients while maintaining quality, compliance, constructability and programme requirements. The role offers hybrid working with two days WFH per week and progression towards Associate level. Practice & Project Information This established architectural practice delivers technically detailed projects requiring strong design coordination, documentation and multidisciplinary collaboration. Senior technical staff contribute to project delivery, resource management, client engagement, bids and continuous improvement while maintaining consistent technical and quality standards across active commissions. Key Responsibilities Lead technical project delivery from concept design through construction and completion Coordinate consultants, contractors and clients across multidisciplinary project teams Produce design information, presentation material and detailed technical documentation Manage project resources, workloads and delivery against agreed programmes Mentor and support junior team members across technical project work Contribute to client engagement, proposals, tenders and business development activities Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree or higher in Architectural Technology or a related equivalent qualification 6+ years of post-qualified experience with CIAT or equivalent professional registration Advanced technical design, detailing and documentation experience Expert knowledge of Revit, BIM 360, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Suite Strong understanding of BIM processes, digital coordination and current Building Planning Regulations Proven client engagement, communication, organisation and resource management skills Benefits and Package £50,000 - £65,000 salary, pension with 5% employer contribution, 22 days annual leave plus 2 company bonus days, discretionary bonus, CPD and study support, paid professional subscriptions, overseas travel opportunities, hybrid working with 2 WFH days, flexible hours, early Friday finish and social club.
