We’re working with an established AJ100 architectural practice that is looking to strengthen its Manchester team with an experienced Architectural Technician / Technologist.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong professional who can take ownership of projects and play a key role in delivering projects from RIBA Stage 4 through to completion.

Key Highlights:

• 10+ years’ post-qualification experience
• Strong technical delivery experience through RIBA Stage 4 to completion
• Advanced AutoCAD skills
• Revit experience highly desirable
• Strong technical detailing and construction information knowledge
• Experience coordinating consultants and external design teams
• Contractor and sub-contractor liaison
• Comfortable attending design team and site meetings
• Ability to take ownership of projects and work with autonomy
• Full UK driving licence preferred
