Senior Associate - Affordable Housing

Location: Birmingham | PQE: 6+ | Role: Full-Time, Hybrid

A leading law firm is seeking a Senior/Principal Associate to join its growing Affordable Housing & Development team.

You will advise registered providers, local authorities and investors on:

• Land acquisitions and disposals.

• Title due diligence.

• Property development and portfolio transactions.

• Affordable housing investment.

• Development and building agreements.

• Grant funding and joint ventures.

• 6+ years' PQE in affordable housing, commercial property or development.

• Strong technical and client management skills.

• Commercially focused with excellent attention to detail.
