The team advises regional, national and international clients across sectors including engineering, aerospace, defence, life sciences, technology and real estate. About You Strong corporate law experience, particularly M&A and/or private equity. Excellent technical, commercial and client management skills. Experience managing transactions with minimal supervision. Strong relationship-building and business development abilities. Collaborative and committed to supporting junior colleagues.
