The successful individual will manage sophisticated matters independently, provide commercially focused legal advice, and develop strong relationships with clients, agents, lenders and other property professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing high-value residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
• Advising on freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Handling complex title and ownership matters
• Drafting and negotiating residential and commercial leases
• Advising on freehold block management issues
• Managing remortgages and bridging finance transactions
• Handling transfers of equity matters
• Supporting landlord and tenant matters where required
• Working closely with xwzovoh clients, agents, lenders and other professional advisers
• Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the practice

The Successful Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Significant experience within residential property law
• Proven track record handling high-value residential transactions
• Strong technical knowledge of freehold and leasehold property matters
