Senior Auto Insert Engineer

Senior Auto Insert Engineer Yolk Recruitment are supporting an established manufacturing business with the recruitment of a Senior Auto Insert Engineer. This is a key technical role responsible for the performance, reliability and continuous improvement of automated insert machinery, working closely with production and engineering teams to minimise downtime, improve machine utilisation and maintain high standards of quality. As Senior Auto Insert Engineer, you will take a lead role within the Auto Insert engineering function, coordinating technical activity and providing hands-on engineering support to ensure machinery is operating effectively and meeting production requirements. You will be involved in technical problem solving, continuous improvement, machinery development and the introduction of new systems and processes, while helping the business improve machine reliability, quality and overall performance. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the technical activities of the Auto Insert engineering department to support daily production requirements. Provide technical engineering support for automated insert machinery and resolve technical issues. Drive continuous improvement across automated machinery, systems and engineering processes.
