AutoCAD Team Leader (Building Services Location: South Manchester (Office based full time) Salary: Up to £40,000 + Excellent Benefits Are you an experienced AutoCAD Technician looking to take the next step into leadership? We're working with a well-established Building Services consultancy looking to appoint a AutoCAD Team Leader with a Building Services background to oversee their drawing production team, mentor junior staff and help shape the next generation of technicians. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong AutoCAD background, who is keen to learn Revit or has some Revit experience already, and enjoys supporting others and wants to play a key role within a growing business. The Role This is a hands-on position where you'll continue producing high-quality technical drawings while leading a small team of technicians and apprentices. Your responsibilities will include: Producing accurate AutoCAD drawings across commercial, education and residential projects. Supporting Revit modelling as required (training can be provided). Managing the workload of a small CAD team. Mentoring apprentices and junior technicians. Checking drawing quality and ensuring deadlines are achieved. Allocating work and monitoring project progress.
