Our client, a leading corporate security provider, is looking for a talented Bid Writer to join its successful Bid team.
Reporting to the Head of Bids, you'll create compelling, high-quality bid responses that help secure major contracts. This is a fast-paced role where exceptional writing skills, creativity, attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Write engaging, persuasive responses for PQQs, SQs, ITTs and RFPs.
Produce high-quality content that is tailored to each client's requirements.
Work closely with Operations, Sales, HR, Finance and Subject Matter Experts to gather information.
Proofread, edit and format submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Manage multiple bids and competing deadlines.
Maintain and develop the bid content library.
Research clients and competitors to strengthen bid submissions.
Support Bid Managers throughout the bid process.
About You
You'll be an experienced Bid Writer with:
Outstanding writing and proofreading skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Experience writing successful bids, ideally within security, FM or outsourced services.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
