Purpose
Manage a portfolio of residential developments, delivering high standards of property management, customer service, legal compliance, financial control, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of residential developments and maintain strong relationships with residents, leaseholders, directors, contractors, and stakeholders.
Deliver excellent customer service, responding promptly to enquiries and providing regular updates.
Interpret leases, legal documents, contracts, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
Organise and attend board meetings, AGMs, and residents' meetings, preparing agendas and meeting minutes.
Prepare and manage annual service charge budgets, monitor expenditure, and oversee financial performance.
Support service charge collection, payment plans, invoice approval, and year-end accounts.
Manage maintenance contracts, utilities, contractors, and site service providers.
Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, statutory inspections, and risk management.
Arrange and manage property insurance policies and oversee insurance claims.
Coordinate planned maintenance, major works projects, and reactive repairs.
Carry out regular site inspections and produce detailed inspection reports.
Maintain accurate property records and management systems.
Supervise administrative support where applicable and contribute to service improvement and client retention.
Key Skills & Experience
Residential block or estate management experience.
Knowledge of leasehold property management and service charge budgeting.
Understanding of property legislation, health & safety, and compliance.
Strong financial, budgeting, and contractor management skills.
Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities across a varied property portfolio.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software. xkybehq
