Senior Building Surveyor

MMP Consultancy are seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join a growing property consultancy, delivering professional surveying services across a diverse property portfolio throughout London. You will manage projects from inception to completion, provide expert technical advice, and build strong client relationships.

Salary: £350- £400 per day

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake building surveys, condition assessments, and technical due diligence.
• Prepare reports, specifications, schedules of work, and tender documentation.
• Administer contracts and oversee project delivery.
• Advise clients on maintenance, compliance, fire safety, and building safety matters.
• Develop planned maintenance and lifecycle programmes.
• Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• MRICS qualified or working towards chartership.
• Experience in building surveys, defect diagnosis, and technical reporting.
• Knowledge of contract administration, statutory compliance, and building safety legislation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. xwzovoh
