A premier wholesale business with aggressive growth plans is seeking an experienced Trading Controller to take ownership of their Licensed category. You will oversee day-to-day trading, negotiate optimum terms, and manage end-to-end stock availability across a vast supplier and customer network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and negotiate optimum pricing, terms, and Joint Business Plans with key category suppliers.
• Build and execute annual promotional strategies, including supplier and retailer trade weeks.
• Hit and exceed commercial KPIs across sales, margin, and stock holding.
• Partner closely with Internal Operations, Finance, and Sales teams to optimise range, stock availability, and new product launches.
• Proactively manage excess and short-dated stock to minimise waste and safeguard commercial performance.

What We Are Looking For:

• Extensive commercial buying experience within an FMCG or wholesale environment.
• Proven track record in supplier negotiation, contract management, and deliverable KPIs.
• Strong financial acumen with advanced Microsoft Excel and IT capabilities.
