Main duties of the job

Join the Agincare family at Beaufort Care Home in Burnham-on-Sea as a Senior Care Assistant and use your skills to make a real difference in residents lives every single day. Your role will involve delivering high-quality, person-centred care, supporting residents with personal care, dignity, and independence, administering medication safely and accurately, and contributing to care plans. You will lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement while supporting and guiding team members. The position offers £13.46 per hour, a refer a friend scheme, outstanding career development opportunities, and a Blue Light discount package. The role requires a Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification (or working towards Level 3), a caring and confident team player with leadership qualities, and 40 hours per week, including alternate weekends.
