As a Senior Care Assistant at Akari Care, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and inclusive community environment, where you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality care to residents. You will work alongside care assistants to ensure that residents' care planning needs are met, and contribute to the development of social activity ideas. This role also involves supporting the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues in a manner that aligns with Akari's values.
