Hunter Dunning is working with an established multidisciplinary consultancy to appoint a Senior CDM Consultant in South East London. This role offers a clear route into team management, leading projects across residential, education, commercial, and blue light sectors. You will take ownership of delivery, client relationships, and commercial input across RIBA stages 1 to 6.
Your Experience
- Experience as a CDM Consultant or Principal Designer within a consultancy
- Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and design risk management
- Project leadership from inception to completion with client responsibility
- Experience across residential, education, commercial, and blue light sectors
- Ability to produce and review risk registers and health and safety documentation
- NEBOSH, IOSH, APS, or similar Health and Safety qualifications
