An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced
Senior Chef de Partie
to join a dynamic culinary team based at a prestigious venue in Berkhamsted. From high-volume banqueting to bespoke dining and outdoor events, the kitchen prides itself on delivering high-quality, seasonal, and locally sourced food in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a driven, self-motivated chef with a background in large-scale banqueting who thrives under pressure and takes pride in exceptional culinary standards. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes according to set specifications and standard recipes.
Maintain rigorous quality control standards across all execution and presentation.
Contribute creative ideas to menu development and seasonal dish updates.
Ensure impeccable hygiene and safety practices throughout the kitchen at all times.
Maintain strong, clear communication with the Front of House team to ensure seamless service execution.
Candidate Requirements
Proven background as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Solid experience in large-scale banqueting and event catering.
Deep knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety standards, and stock maintenance.
Strong team-player attitude with excellent time management skills.
Ability to commute reliably to Berkhamsted (a full UK driving licence is preferred due to location).
