Senior Chef de Partie

Location: Near Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire

Salary: £32,000 £35,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)

Hours: 40 hours per week (5 days out of 7, variable shifts)

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

Catering to a wide range of premium dining experiencesfrom high-volume banqueting to fine dining and outdoor eventsthe estate prides itself on utilizing local, seasonal, and sustainable produce . This role is ideal for a self-motivated chef with strong banqueting experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume culinary environment .

• Prepare and produce high-quality dishes according to established recipe requirements and specifications .

• Maintain strict quality control on every dish regarding both execution and presentation
