Senior Civil Engineering PM – Flagship Education Project

Sphere Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the civil engineering package on a landmark education infrastructure project in Carmarthenshire. The role requires strong leadership, delivery focus and a track record of managing major civil schemes for Tier 1 or leading regional contractors.

You will report to the Project Director, manage earthworks, muck shift, bulk excavation and enabling works, oversee site teams and subcontractors, ensure safety, on-time delivery and
