Senior Civil Litigation Counsel – Public Sector

West Northants Council is recruiting a Senior Lawyer (Civil Litigation) to join our in-house Litigation Team. You will represent the Council in County Court proceedings, advise officers and elected Members, and handle a broad caseload across contractual, property, debt recovery and other contentious matters.

You will draft complex documents, instruct Counsel when required, and work with colleagues to drive improvements and best practice across the organisation.
