Lead talent management, succession planning and development activity across VolkerFitzpatrick. Design learning and development solutions that support engagement, retention and future capability. Drive manager, leadership and future talent development programmes. Support the early careers agenda, including apprentices, graduates, industrial placements and new entrants. Oversee employee engagement activity, including survey outputs and action planning. Use data, insight and external thinking to improve talent, learning and development outcomes.Experience in talent management, learning and development, or a similar people development role. Knowledge of succession planning, employee engagement and early careers development. Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels. A practical, organised and data-led approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
