Senior Commercial Counsel - Gaming & Tech Licensing

Kwalee is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to lead the commercial legal function and provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal support across the business. The role reports to the Group Finance Director, oversees legal operations in the UK and India, and leads a small in-house team on significant software, advertising and technology agreements.

This role is based in Leamington Spa, working onsite five days a week, with a focus on driving efficient, compliant commercial contracts and strong
