Senior Commercial Finance Manager £70,000 - £80,000 + 15% Bonus Hybrid (3 days per week in Luton) We're partnering with a large, complex consumer-facing business seeking a commercially focused finance professional to join its leadership team. This is a highly visible role sitting at the centre of operational and commercial decision making, providing insight and challenge to senior stakeholders and helping shape business performance across multiple revenue streams. Reporting into senior leadership, you'll lead on financial modelling, scenario planning and commercial analysis, identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency and support strategic investment decisions. The role also offers regular exposure to Executive Committee and Board-level audiences, giving you the opportunity to influence key decisions across the organisation. Managing one direct report, you'll combine hands-on analytical work with stakeholder engagement, translating complex financial data into clear commercial recommendations. Key Responsibilities
