Senior Commercial Manager - Civils (Hybrid & Flexible)

McLaughlin & Harvey is seeking a Commercial Manager - Civils to lead all commercial aspects of high-value civil engineering projects across the UK. You will provide commercial support, manage budgets and subcontractors, and help drive decisions in a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

The role requires strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts, excellent numerical and IT skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines. Hybrid working options are available.
