Senior Commercial Manager - Construction & M&E Projects

Emtec Group in Dundee is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial performance of our projects across the region. You’ll own contracts, manage variations and final accounts, and provide practical contractual guidance to project teams and clients.

The role requires strong NEC knowledge, visibility across payments, and the ability to forecast cash flow while safeguarding margins. A UK driving licence and membership in RICS/CIOB/CICES are advantageous.
