Senior Commerical Manager - Milford Haven

Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for a Senior Commerical Manager in Milford Haven for a leading Tier One main contractor. Experience of projects in excess of £60m would be advantageous.

You will be responsible for managing project finances, contractual obligations and commercial performance, ensuring alignment with internal policies and customer/stakeholder expectations.

Essential

• Experience in NEC forms of Contracts.


• Pricing and procurement strategies


• Recruitment and leadership of commercial teams.


• Managing payment exposure, cashflows, and liabilities.


• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline

Desirable

• EL1 Security Clearance


• BPSS


• Experience working within secure or high-compliance environments
