Senior Commercial Manager – NEC Contracts Expert

Maxim Recruitment is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to oversee NEC contract delivery and provide high-level commercial consultancy in Cardiff.

The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline, expert NEC contract knowledge, MRICS or MCInstCES preferred, and additional qualifications in construction law, contract management or dispute resolution would be advantageous.
