Senior Commercial Manager – Retrofit & Decarbonisation

Build Recruitment are recruiting a Commercial Manager Retrofit for a leading social housing contractor in Wales. The role oversees a Retrofit division with circa £30m turnover and reports to the Commercial Director, driving commercial strategy across multiple decarbonisation projects.

You will lead a high-performing commercial team, manage budgets and final accounts, oversee subcontractor performance, and safeguard profitability while delivering projects on time and within budget.
