We are seeking an experienced Interim Senior Commissioning Manager to lead a busy Contracts Team within Adult Social Care during a key period of service improvement and transformation.

This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for overseeing provider performance, contractual compliance, governance, and risk management, while driving improvements to contract management processes, systems, and reporting.
You'll work closely with commissioning, brokerage, finance, and operational colleagues to ensure services are delivered effectively, contracts are well managed, and performance insights support informed decision-making.
Alongside leading a team of Contract Officers, you'll play a key role in strengthening compliance, enhancing provider relationships, and embedding best practice across contract management activities.
