Senior Company Secretarial & Governance Manager

EY’s ECG team is seeking a Manager to lead our company secretaries, delivering expert governance advice to a diverse client base across multiple jurisdictions. You’ll develop junior colleagues and manage projects while engaging senior stakeholders.

You’ll oversee governance advisory work, board effectiveness reviews, subsidiary governance, and international reorganisations, collaborating with EY offices worldwide and contributing to thought leadership.
